Eliza R. Snow's Spiritual Gift of Prophecy - Discernment and Divine Communication

Eliza R. Snow possessed and exercised the spiritual gift of prophecy throughout her ministry. Her discourses document her gift of prophecy, understanding of mysteries, and ability to discern spiritual truth. Snow taught that women could receive the gift of prophecy through the Holy Ghost, and she herself demonstrated this gift in her teachings, poetry, and leadership of the Relief Society. Her discourses from 1840-1887 evidence her prophetic voice and spiritual discernment in guiding the women of the Church.
