During a pastoral visit to the Isle of Man to organize the Saints and teach the law of tithing, C. R. Dana and Elder Kay felt the presence of the Holy Spirit, which they described as brooding over the island and the people there.

In Their Own Words

“All the time that we were there, we felt the Spirit brooding, as it were, upon that island, and we know that there are many honest souls who will, in due time, be gathered into the garners which He has provided for the gathering of His wheat in these last days. — Millennial Star 18:33”
