Clarissa A. Beesley: A Faithful Leader of the Young Women of the Church

Clarissa A. Beesley was a faithful Latter-day Saint woman who served on the general board of the Young Women's Mutual Improvement Association (YWMIA), helping to shape the instruction and activities of the Lord's young women across the Church in the early twentieth century. She imaginatively set the scene for the young women of Zion in the lessons and programs she helped prepare. Sister Beesley's life is a faith-promoting witness of the women the Lord raises up to lead and teach His daughters, that each generation of young women might know who they are and what they are to become.
