Outpouring of the Holy Spirit at the Kent Conference

During the Kent Conference meeting held in Brighton, the law of tithing was presented to the Saints. When the vote to adopt the law was taken and the hands of the Saints went up, the Holy Spirit descended upon those present in a tangible way.

“Elders Dunbar, Ross, and others, spoke on the law of tithing, and as all hands went up freely, to adopt it when presented, the Holy Spirit descended, sensibly, on all the Saints present. — Millennial Star 18:33”
