William Jacobs, a member of the Church in Dublin, was ill with a fever and hospitalized. The Saints in the area fasted and prayed for his recovery, and when the Elders visited him, he was much better.
In Their Own Words
“President George A. Dixon and Elder Alexander Faddies have just returned from a visit to Dublin. They report the Saints there in good condition, except Brother William Jacobs, who had a fever, and was in the hospital. The Saints fasted and prayed for his recovery, and when the brethren left he was much better. — Millennial Star 63:43”
