While on the S.S. Wyoming, a lady who was subject to fits suffered an attack that rendered her unconscious. Elders administered to her, and she was instantly healed.

Fuller account of this event (the complete account as preserved in The Latter-day Saints' Millennial Star, Vol. 52, No. 34, 25 August 1890, p. 541):

On the S.S. Wyoming, a lady who was subject to fits suffered an attack that rendered her unconscious. Elders J. Ostlund and others administered to her, and she was instantly healed.

In Their Own Words

“One remarkable case has occurred. A lady, being subject to fits, was attacked yesterday afternoon, and was very sick, so much so that she was out of her senses. We administered to her, and rebuked the disease in the name of the Lord, and she was made well in an instant, and we feel to give the honor to God. — Millennial Star 52:34”
