Following the healing of Mary J. Price, her sister's two children, who were also sick with scarlet fever, were administered to by the same Elders and were restored to health. Two weeks later, Mary J. Price's sister also contracted scarlet fever and was healed after being administered to by the Elders; she recovered in two days, with the doctor noting she appeared as if she had not had the fever at all.

In Their Own Words

“I am pleased to report that the Lord has again manifested His power in our behalf. My sister's two children, who were also sick, were administered to at the same time, and she writes that they are both quite well. Two weeks later my sister was also taken down with scarlet fever. She was administered to by the Elders. They assured her that she would speedily recover, and in two days time she was quite well. The doctor gave her permission to leave her bedroom, saying he did not think that she had had the fever at all. We know that we were healed by the power of the Lord, through faith in His name, and we give thanks and praise unto Him for these great blessings.”
