Sister Cook was suffering severely from St. Vitus dance and was healed instantly after being administered to by Elder Thomas Phillips.

Fuller account of this event (the complete account as preserved in The Latter-day Saints' Millennial Star, Vol. 60, No. 25 (23 June 1898), p. 397):

Sister Cook, of Wolverhampton, who had been suffering severely from St. Vitus' dance, was administered to by Elder Thomas Phillips, and was healed instantly.

In Their Own Words

“On one occasion we went to visit Sister Cook, not knowing she was ill; we found her very bad with St. Vitus dance. She wished me to administer to her. I did so and she was healed at once and has had no symptoms of it since. This was another testimony to me of the power of God. — Millennial Star 60:25”
