In 1935, while members of the Davis County Cooperative Society were traveling toward Idaho for a trip to the Teton mountains, they stopped in Washakie. George Parago Sam was waiting for them, explaining that he had been shown in a vision that these specific men would arrive at that exact time and that if he waited for them, he would be able to join their journey.
