While serving in Zurich, Switzerland, Elder Campbell became very sick. President James L. McMurrin reported that after the brethren administered to him, he recovered immediately and was able to return to his missionary field the next day.

Fuller account of this event (the complete account as preserved in The Latter-day Saints' Millennial Star, Vol. 63, No. 14, April 4, 1901, p. 221):

Elder Campbell, of the Zurich branch, was taken very ill, but after being administered to by the brethren, he recovered immediately, and was able to return to his field of labor the next day.

In Their Own Words

“The brethren are all feeling well now, although at Conference time in Zurich Brother Campbell was very sick, and I felt quite worried about him. We administered to him, however, and he got well at once, and went to his field yesterday like a new man.— Millennial Star 63:14”
