Hans Hansen — Healing of Son — a documented healing / medical reversal & remission account from the 1860s in Denmark

Hans Hansen's son was suffering from what doctors considered a fatal case of consumption. Hans went to the woods to pray, asking the Lord that if He would heal his son, and provide Hans with the wisdom to know the truth and the courage to accept it, he would join the Church and dedicate his time and property to the kingdom. Upon his return, the missionaries administered to his son, who subsequently recovered quickly.

In Their Own Words

“that he could not live. Hans went to the woods nearby and prayed and asked the Lord that if He would heal his son, and give Hans the wisdom to know the truth and the courage to accept it that he would join the Church and give of his time and property to build the kingdom. When Hans returned to the house and after the elders had administered to his son, he recovered quickly. — Merritt, History of Denmark and the Hans Anderson Family”
