Daniel Goulding — Miraculous Healing of a Woman in Australia

While serving as a missionary in the Australasian Mission between 1854 and 1858, Daniel Goulding was called to the bedside of a woman who was suffering from a severe and life-threatening illness. According to the manuscript history by his grandson Kenneth Goulding, Daniel and his companion administered to the woman through the laying on of hands and the power of the priesthood. Despite her dire condition and the lack of available medical aid in the remote area, the woman experienced an immediate and complete recovery. This event was documented as a significant faith-promoting occurrence that strengthened the local branch and the missionaries' own testimonies during a difficult mission.
