Charles Berry was a faithful Latter-day Saint of the Berry family, kin to the missionary martyr William S. Berry. Like many of the early Southern and Western converts of the Church, he carried forward the covenant and the heritage of his family among the Saints. His life is a faith-promoting witness of the quiet, unheralded faithful who, alongside their more noted kin, kept the faith and sustained the work of the Lord in their own generation.
