Wilford Woodruff Saved from Drowning - Protection in Water

During his early life and missionary travels, Wilford Woodruff repeatedly faced near-death experiences in water. As documented in his autobiography: his various accounts of water-related dangers that the Lord protected him from. While the specific details of one drowning prevention are alluded to in his accounts of 'A Journey of Sixty Miles without Food,' Wilford demonstrates that divine protection extended even to water hazards. Earlier in his autobiography, he documents surviving at least one critical water incident while traveling through swamps and dangerous waterways. His repeated preservation from drowning throughout his life became evidence to him of divine providence watching over his every step.
