During a district meeting at the Co-operative Hall in Watford, President Heber J. Grant spoke with great power and bore a strong testimony to the divinity of the latter-day work, which resulted in many of the visitors staying after the meetings for conversations.

Fuller account of this event (the complete account as preserved in The Latter-day Saints' Millennial Star, Vol. 67, No. 30, 27 July 1905, p. 475):

President Heber J. Grant spoke with great power and bore a strong testimony to the divinity of the latter-day work, which resulted in many of the visitors staying after the meetings for conversations.

In Their Own Words

“The afternoon and evening meetings brought many strangers. President Grant spoke at both meetings with great power, bearing a strong testimony to the divinity of the latter-day work, which resulted in many of the visitors staying after the meetings for conversations.— Millennial Star 67:30”
