Following a disturbance at an open-air meeting in Willenhall, Elder Moses Thatcher and the accompanying brethren relied on the power of God to quiet the crowd, which reportedly brought the people under their influence.

In Their Own Words

“Yesterday (Sunday) we held another and very similar meeting in the streets of Willenhall. A disturbance was raised, but, by the faith of the brethren, and the manifest power of God, the people were calmed and brought perceptibly under our influence. — Millennial Star 29:35”
