Mary Ann Williams prayed to God that she might be given the opportunity to see her friend Eliza G. alone in order to share the message of the Latter-day Saints, and the prayer was answered.

In Their Own Words

“M. A. Many a time I have made it a matter of prayer to my heavenly Father, that He would give me the opportunity to see you alone, and now I think it presents itself before me. — Millennial Star 16:3”
