Louisa Bonelli Hamblin — Inspired Warning of Danger
Published August 31, 2026 at 4:17 AM
While living in a remote settlement during a time of high tension between settlers and local tribes, Louisa was left alone with her children while her husband was traveling. She received a distinct and powerful spiritual impression—a 'still small voice'—warning her of immediate danger and instructing her to move her children to a safer location. Acting instantly on this divine guidance, she gathered her family and sought refuge. Shortly after they moved, a raiding party passed through the area where they had been. Louisa attributed the safety of her family to the direct intervention of the Holy Ghost.
