Joseph Smith's Prophecy of the Saints' Move to the Rocky Mountains

On February 25, 1844, during a prayer meeting in the assembly room at the Temple block in Nauvoo, Joseph Smith prophesied that within five years the Saints would be removed from the power of their old enemies.
In Their Own Words
“Sunday, February 25th. I preached at the Temple block. Hyrum also preached. Evening I attended prayer meeting in the assembly room. I gave some important instructions and prophesied that within five years we should be out of the power of our old enemies, whether they were apostates or of the world, and told the brethren to record it, that when it comes to pass they need not say they had forgotten the saying.”
