Joseph Smith's healing of a woman after she had fallen and appeared dead

Joseph Smith records an incident involving a woman who fell from a wagon and appeared to be dead. He administered to her, and after he poured a little wine into her mouth, she vomited and recovered, to the astonishment of the bystanders.

In the afternoon, I went to the meeting-ground, and while I was talking to the people, it was mentioned that a woman who fell from a wagon and was taken up dead, it is said, was taken into a house; I, in company with brother Jedediah M. Grant, went to see her, and I prayed for her, and she was raised to life, and attempted to speak; I then attempted to pour her a little wine into her mouth, but she had the lockjaw, and I poured a little with the spoon, and she vomited and spoke, which would astonish a great many people.
