In Haute Loire, the mother of a three-year-old child, who was unable to walk, asked the local bishop to bless the child. The bishop complied, and the child was able to walk alone the very next day.
Fuller account of this event (the complete account as preserved in The Latter-day Saints' Millennial Star, Vol. 31, No. 27 (3 July 1869), p. 429):
A sister in Haute Loire had a child three years old, which had never been able to walk. She requested the Bishop to administer to it, which he did, and the next day the child walked alone.
