Sister A.'s nine-year-old son was possessed by an evil spirit. The Elder administered to him by the laying on of hands and using consecrated oil, and the boy was healed.

“I have had some very interesting experiences in the ministry. I will relate one or two. Sister A., of Wymondham, her son, nine years old, being possessed by an evil spirit. I succeeded in getting the elders together, and we administered to him, with the oil, and the laying on of hands. The desired effect was obtained. The boy was made whole, and the spirit was rebuked. I have also seen the sick healed, the blind see, and the lame walk, through the power of God, and the faith of the Saints.”
