Edwin Howes reports that his wife and children have been healed from a serious complaint through the administration of the Elders of the Church.

Fuller account of this event (the complete account as preserved in The Latter-day Saints' Millennial Star, Vol. 69, No. 51, p. 813):

Brother Edwin Howes, of the Bristol conference, writes that his wife and children were suffering from a serious complaint, and that through the administration of the Elders of the Church they were healed.

In Their Own Words

“We have seen the power of God manifested in our home from time to time. My wife and children have been healed, one of a serious complaint, through the administrations of the servants of the Lord, and we have been blessed in ways too numerous to mention in a short letter. — Millennial Star 69:51”
