Adolphi Anderson was miraculously healed of a hip injury.
Fuller account of this event (as retold in The Latter-day Saints' Millennial Star, Vol. 34, No. 32 (August 6, 1872), p. 507):
NOTTINGHAM CONFERENCE.—We have received a letter from Elder John I. Hart, dated July 29th, in which he says:—'I am happy to inform you that the work of the Lord is progressing in this Conference. We have baptized several persons lately. I also wish to mention a case of healing that has occurred in the Nottingham Branch. Brother Adolphi Anderson, who had been suffering for some time with a hip injury, which caused him to be quite lame, was administered to by Elders John I. Hart and George H. Hales, and through the power of God he was instantly healed, and is now able to walk as well as he ever did.'
