Elsie Hoffman Buchanan's Witness of Angelic Singing in the Temple

While visiting the Manti Temple with a group of youth from Koosharem, Elsie Hoffman Buchanan and some of the girls in her group heard angelic voices singing during the preliminary meeting. She felt a profound spiritual assurance of the divinity of temple work for the dead.
In Their Own Words
“It was during this time that some of us heard angelic voices singing in the Temple of the Most High. The girls who heard the singing say that they cannot describe the wonderful feeling which they enjoyed at that time. ... I wish all of our girls could witness the sublime manifestation which our Koosharem Junior Girls did. — The Young Woman's Journal 39:4”
