Mysterious Light at Night - Clearer Than Daylight

While returning home from a church meeting in Kirtland with Brother William Blakesley, Philo Dibble observed that it was unusually bright despite the apparent absence of the moon. Though it was cloudy, the night was as light as noonday, and remarkably, they could see a tree farther that night than they could see in the daytime. This supernatural illumination testified to God's mighty hand in protecting His people and making known His presence through signs in the heavens.

Although it was cloudy, it was as light as noonday, and we could seemingly see a tree farther that night than we could in the daytime.”
