Nils Pehrson, an elderly man who had lived a quiet life among the Saints, was found to have passed away peacefully in his sleep along with his faithful, aged dog. The account states that an angel had enfolded them both in eternal calm during the night.
In Their Own Words
“When Ezra’s grandchild came late the next morning, the old man and the old dog were still asleep, for during the night, an angel had enfolded them loth in eternal calm. — The Young Woman's Journal 30:12”
