A lady's dream confirming the truth of the Gospel

A lady in the Nottingham Conference attended meetings in private houses. Although she felt that what was taught was scriptural, she struggled to fully accept it. After being encouraged to pray earnestly to God for a testimony, she had a dream that night which confirmed the truth of the Gospel and prompted her to apply for baptism.
Fuller account of this event (in the witness’s own words):
In one of these meetings, a short time ago, there was a lady present who seemed to think that all we taught was scriptural, but could hardly make up her mind to join us. We promised her, if she would bow with an honest heart in prayer to Almighty God, that she would surely receive a testimony of the truth of the Gospel that we preached. She was very much interested in it, and prayed fervently to God that she might know for herself, and that very night was told in her dream that it was right, and that she must obey it. She did not need any more urging, but with a strong testimony, made application for baptism.
