L. Garrick describes his lifelong spiritual search across many sects for the answer to how to be saved, which he finally found upon joining the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Salt Lake City.

In Their Own Words

“Elder L. Garrick said while young he had pictured out an ideal and for fifty years had been searching for it. Affiliated with many different sects in the different British countries and inquired everywhere for the answer, "What shall I do to be saved?" Received the answer to his question and the ideal sought for when he joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Salt Lake City. — Millennial Star 71:18”
