Jesse B. Martin reports that while he was very sick during the winter, he prayed to the Lord, who heard his prayers and restored him to health.

“I have never enjoyed better health in my life than I do this summer, but I was very sick last winter. But the Lord heard my prayers, and restored me to health again, for I want to do much more good in my life than I have this summer, and I know the Spirit of God will be with me. — Millennial Star 17:35”
