W. C. contracted a severe cold while assisting brethren leaving New York for Liverpool in wet and cold weather. He was confined to his room for two days but experienced a healing that improved his health to a state better than he had enjoyed for years.
In Their Own Words
“I caught a severe cold the day I arrived here, it being very wet and cold, and was running about considerably assisting the brethren who sailed for Liverpool. For two days after I kept my room, but am happy to say that I am now better. My health was very poor while at home, but since I got free from the cold, my health is much improved, and to-day I feel better than I have done for years, for this great blessing I feel truly thankful to my heavenly Father.”
