Elder A. N. Hill, while serving as president of the Southampton Conference, states that during his administration, the sick were healed and the lame were made to walk through the power of God.
Fuller account of this event (the complete account as preserved in The Latter-day Saints' Millennial Star, Vol. 29, No. 25, 22 June 1867, p. 396):
Elder A. N. Hill, President of the Southampton Conference, writes that the work of the Lord is progressing in that Conference, and that the sick have been healed and the lame made to walk through the power of God.
In Their Own Words
“In much weakness I have labored to the best of my ability, and the blessings of the Lord have attended my administrations. The sick have been healed and the lame made to walk, and I have realized many of the sayings of the servants of God in my behalf. — Millennial Star 29:25”
