Elder F. L. Gibbons reports that the Lord is manifesting His power in healing the sick through the administration of His servants in the Kent District. Some of those healed are not members of the Church and testify that they were healed by the power of God.
Fuller account of this event (the complete account as preserved in The Latter-day Saints' Millennial Star, Vol. 46, No. 26, 30 June 1884):

In Their Own Words
“The Lord is also manifesting His power in healing the sick through the administration of His servants: Some of those who have thus been healed are not members of the Church, and they testify to their having been healed by the power of God and feel to render to Him all the praise. — Millennial Star 46:26”
