A little granddaughter of Sister James, residing in Morriston, Wales, had been very ill for a week. When Elder William N. Williams administered to her, the grandmother expressed her faith that the child would be healed, and the child was subsequently healed.
Fuller account of this event (the complete account as preserved in The Latter-day Saints' Millennial Star, Vol. 40, No. 38 (23 September 1878), p. 604):
A little granddaughter of Sister James, residing in Morriston, had been very ill for a week. When Elder William N. Williams administered to her, the grandmother expressed her faith that the child would be healed, and the child was subsequently healed.
In Their Own Words
“The subject of the case of healing, about which I was conversing with the aforesaid reverend gentlemen, was a little granddaughter of Sister James, of Morriston, Wales, who had been very ill for a week. When the child was administered to, the grandmother said, I know that she shall be healed from this time. Thank the Lord for His servants. And the child was healed. — Millennial Star 40:38”
