Elder C. H. Wheelock Receives Heavenly Vision While Blessing His Father

“But how shall I undertake to describe my feelings when my aged father, who gave me a being upon the earth, took his seat in the chair, and desired my blessing to be sealed upon him! It appears to me that the tongue of man, clothed with the highest degree of celestial inspiration, must fail in the attempt, much less my very clumsy and inexperienced pen. It appeared to me more like a heavenly vision than an earthly reality.
